Company Policy

Safety is our primary concern! Jemilet’s Party Rentals reserves the right to refuse setup and early removal at any event that has the potential to cause damage to our equipment and/or event attendees.

Deposits
In most cases, a $50 deposit will be required for unit rented. Unless otherwise agreed, deposit payment must be received within 24 hours of placing the reservation in order for the order to remain in our schedule system. For your convenience, we accept MasterCard, Visa, American Express, Discover, and Cash. Any outstanding balance, not paid in advance, will be collected by the Jemilet’s Party Rentals Representative prior to set up any equipment.

Cancellations
Deposit refunds will be given if cancellation is received seven (7) days prior to the event or weather and/or environmental conditions are unacceptable. The customer is responsible for communicating poor site conditions prior to delivery.

If you have ordered an item in addition to your inflatable and you cancel your inflatable for any reason, there will be a fee for the delivery of your additional purchase. Examples would be for the following: Tables and chairs, cotton candy machine, pop corn machine, snow cone machine, hot dog machine and Chocolate Fountain Machine.

Liability/Insurance/Safety
Jemilet’s Party Rentals is insured for our joint protection. Please feel free to ask for a copy of our Certificate of Insurance if required by your Institution’s policies. On the day of your event, your signature will be required on our Equipment Rental Agreement, Release & Assumption of Risk. In certain instances, an additional Waiver of Liability may be required for event participants.

Inclement Weather
For the safety of equipment and personnel,Jemilet’s Party Rentals will not setup equipment with the following conditions: rain, snow/ice, high winds, muddy conditions, or the temperature is below 40 degrees. If possible, Jemilet’s Party Rentals recommends that you reserve a suitable alternate indoor location for your event such as a church, gym or community center.
If you choose to attempt delivery in these conditions, and we are unable to set up due to environmental and/or weather conditions upon arrival, your deposit will not be refunded.

Post setup of any equipment, no refunds will be issued solely due to environmental and/or weather conditions.

Sep Up Equipment (Dry/Wet Inflatables & Tents)
To have an efficient installation of Wet/Dry Inflatable and Tents, the area must necessarily be flat (grass, concrete or pavement) and the personnel in charge of the installation can easily access that place. We will add an extra cost for the installation of the equipment if our personnel have to use steps, or down / uphill, is necessary that you notify us in advance if you have this situation in order to better prepare the installation personnel and provide the correct rate fees for the installation of the rental of the equipment. If the installation of the equipment is located in a place that has a fence with a door, this door must be wide enough to allow entry with the equipment.. 

In the case of renting chairs, tables and concession machines only, our staff will deliver them to the front door of your house or in front of the garage only. Our staff is not authorized to enter inside of your home to avoid breaking objects that are inside it.
